The Development side lost 3 - 1 to Caer Clwyd with ex Development player Joel Rowlands scoring the three goals for Caer Clwyd and Ashley Andrews nabbing the consolation goal for the Reds from the penalty spot.

At Central Park our Ladies beat NFA from Rhyl by 6 - 4 after being 3 - 1 down at half time. NFA played all the football in this first period but 16 yr old Cara Jones' goal kept Denbigh in the running. As per last week Denbigh Ladies kept their best for the second half. Denbigh's speedy centre forward Rosie Hughes was a constant threat to the Rhyl side who struggled to contain her as she continually latched on to all the long passes behind the defence. Her strong running and tight ball control led to four superb individual goals. Emma Roden worked tirelessly throughout and was rewarded with her name on the scoresheet. An embarrassing defensive mix up led to NFA scoring their solitary second half goal but by then the game was won.
