Late drama at Central Park denies hosts the victory.
Honours even as Hotspur took early lead on 12 minutes through Mel McGuiness.
Denbigh equalised on 52 minutes through Matty Hughes before Jack Riley scored on 64 minutes to put Denbigh ahead.
Deep inside the 6th minute of injury time Hotspur equalized when keeper Paul Pritchard headed a throw in on and Phil Williams got the final touch to share the points.
