The successful candidate will be able to coach and manage his team of players which will play in the Welsh Alliance Reserve league. The Reserve Team manager is an important position and so this person will be expected to communicate effectively with the players, first team manager, development team manager,the club committee as well as league officials, opposition representatives and referees and will become an integral member of the Club.

The Reserve team have historically done very well and competes effectively in the league whilst also being a team where first team players can play on occasions to remain fit when not playing regularly or returning from injury. The manager will be responsible for developing the reserve team squad players and making representations to the first team manager on the players' behalf when it is felt a player deserves a chance with the first team as well as giving opportunities to Development players when the time is right.
