Denbigh Town are very pleased that 32 year old Brett Jones has returned to Central Park to assist our strong management duo of Dewi Llion and Owain Roberts.

Brett knows Dewi well from when they were both at Bala Academy together and he first came to Denbigh in the 2015 / 16 season. Brett was not at Central Park long as he was offered a job at Everton FC to manage and coach their Ladies under 21yrs team. It was too good an offer to refuse. It was not too long before Brett was involved with the senior Womens Team and the girls u16 team too.

Brett said " It was a great experience to work at a club like Everton and to see and be involved with such a professional outfit. As I became more involved I must admit it became very time consuming and hardly something you can do part time to be honest. After starting training here we are all waiting on the news when we are back playing football. The time has to be right though but hopefully we will be ready. "

This likeable coach stayed with the Blues for four years but we are very pleased to say he is now back at Denbigh and looking forward to the new season.

Things are really gearing up at Central Park now with the Denbigh Town First Team, Denbigh Reserves, Denbigh Development, Denbigh Ladies and even the Denbigh Vets all getting ready for the big kick off.
