- Help create history

Denbigh Town Football Club stands at the start of one of the most exciting chapters in its proud history, and the club is now calling on supporters, parents, former players and members of the community to volunteer and join a growing team building something special both on and off the pitch.

With the UEFA U19 European Championships on the horizon next summer, football across Wales looks set for another unforgettable moment. The national game will be showcased on the biggest stage once again, and interest in football — from children kicking a ball for the first time to lifelong supporters — will surge like never before. Denbigh Town intends to be at the heart of that excitement.

But progress isn’t just happening on the pitch.

The club is undertaking major developments at Central Park, transforming the facility into a more welcoming, accessible and modern home for football in the Vale of Clwyd. From improved spectator areas and community spaces to better provisions for the men’s, ladies’ and youth teams, Denbigh Town is building a legacy, not just a football team.

And to do that, the club needs more people to join the journey.

There are opportunities to support matchdays as stewards and turnstile operators, to support the clubhouse, fundraising and events, and to contribute via behind-the-scenes roles within the club. Whether someone has experience or is new to volunteering, there is a place for everyone.

Just a few hours a month can make a real difference. No football knowledge is required, only a willingness to help.

Supporting matchday events, working the bar, stewarding or simply making cups of tea can all play a part. Every volunteer is part of the heartbeat that keeps the club moving forward.

Why Your Help Matters More Than Ever

This is not about maintaining what Denbigh Town already has; it is about building what comes next.

The town will soon have facilities capable of supporting more players, more opportunities and more community access than ever before. With rising attendances, growing youth involvement and wider recognition within Welsh football, Denbigh Town is evolving quickly.

The ambition is clear: to create a thriving community football hub, to showcase Denbigh proudly on the Welsh football map, to inspire the next generation of players and supporters, and to build a sustainable, volunteer-driven club that lasts long into the future.

Join the Team Behind the Team

With the European Championships capturing the imagination next year, there has never been a better time to contribute to the growth of grassroots football. By volunteering, people become part of something bigger — helping deliver football opportunities, community pride and a shared future for Denbigh.

Whether you can commit every week or once a month, your time matters.

To join the team, contact us via social media, info@denbightownfc.co.uk or speak to our volunteers on a match day.

The success of Denbigh Town isn’t just built on the pitch. It's built by the people who care about it.
