Denbigh Town tonight discovered our First Round opponents for the Nathaniel MG Cup this evening.

We have been drawn at home to Flint Mountain with the tie to be played on the weekend of July 18-20 to begin our competitive campaign.

We met with Flint Mountain twice last season with a thrilling 4-4 draw away from home before the Mountain ran out 2-0 winners later in the return clash at Central Park.

Last season Flint exited the tournament at the First Round with a loss at home to Gresford Athletic whilst Denbigh exited at the First Round stage away at Llay Welfare. Both will be looking to advance to the next stage.

The Second Round of the competition has also been drawn, where if Town progress will face either Rhyl 1879 or Caersws.
