Denbigh Town will travel to Bethesda Athletic in the second round of the NWCFA Senior Challenge Cup following the draw for the opening rounds.

Town are one of 14 clubs to receive a bye through the opening round and will enter the competition at the second-round stage.

It will be Town’s first campaign in the competition since 2012, with the Cup returning following a hiatus that began in 2014.

Denbigh are one-time winners of the competition, after lifting the trophy in 1973.

The competition gets underway on Wednesday, September 30, with two first-round ties. Llandudno will host Kinmel Bay, while NFA take on Bangor City 1876.
