A two-part mini-series documenting the historic double-winning season that saw Denbigh Town take league and cup honours in 2022/23 will release this Friday.

‘Feeling It’ is filmed single-camera and bares all for Denbigh’s final seven games of the campaign and takes viewers into the heart of the action with a fly-on-the-wall look into the changing room and dugout as Dewi Llion’s side seek silverware on three fronts.

The trailer was showcased at the club’s end-of-season awards dinner and made available online now and consists of two episodes following the squad from mid-April until the final game of the campaign that saw us face Bow Street in the LockStock Ardal Northern League Cup.

Available via Denbigh Town’s YouTube channel episode one will be released on Friday and feature league matches against Llangefni and Llay as well as the FAW Amateur Trophy Final in Newtown.

Manager Dewi Llion said “We’re all looking forward to seeing the footage of what was a hugely historic season for us all.

“We wanted to have something to remember the year with no matter the outcome and now we have an unprecedented look into the run-in rather than just the memories we made.

“We’re constantly trying to grow as a club and hope this will allow others to see not only the achievement but the spirit and togetherness of everyone involved from coaches, players, committee, and supporters”.

Ollie Williams, who filmed and edited the piece said “It’s been an honour to have the opportunity to capture what has been an incredible journey for Denbigh Town this season.

“When Dewi approached me with the idea I jumped at the chance and can’t thank the coaches and players enough for going along with it and taking it in their stride during a really high-pressure time.

“Everybody was hugely receptive in both the good times and bad and I think it’s made for a really interesting watch, hopefully, it’s viewed and enjoyed as much as I enjoyed making it”

Episodes will be made available via YouTube whilst physical copies will also be possible and those who would like to purchase should register their interest with the club.
