JD Welsh Cup Qualifying Round Two - Rhuddlan Town
Cup action coming thick and fast
Fresh from a narrow penalty defeat to Llandudno last week, we are back in action this weekend in the JD Welsh Cup.
Following a bye in the first qualifying round we face Rhuddlan Town on Saturday.
This will be a tough task for Dewi Llion’s men against a Rhuddlan Town side buoyed by giant killing exploits in their first qualifying round win against St. Asaph.
Thank you to Rhuddlan Town for agreeing to the venue swap as we continue our pitch preparation work.
Dewi stated that ‘we have a fully fit squad to choose from with the exception of one suspension, and the challenge we have for positions within the starting lineup is a good headache to have. The lads have been superb in training and pre-season and despite our disappointment last week against Llandudno, we are keen to get a good cup run going this weekend’.
