Saturday 3rd November - Hollingsworth Stadium, Broughton. Kick Off 2.30pm

This weekend Denbigh Town travel to the Hollingsworth Stadium to take on League leaders Airbus Broughton FC.

The Wingmen have won all their league games this season and are currently 12 points ahead of the second placed team Flint Town Utd. Its fair to say its going to be a tough fixture for the Town, but they go into the game on the back of a convincing 9-3 Welsh Cup win against Holyhead Town FC with striker Mark Roberts bagging a hat-trick

The two teams met a month ago at Central Park in the Huws Gray League Cup when Airbus came out winners 2-0, courtesy of two goals from Matty McGinn in the 11th and 93rd minutes. McGinn scored both goals from set pieces just outside the penalty area and the Denbigh defence are fully aware of this threat.

Joint manager Dewi Llion Jones said " Its a big game for us as we return to league football having had a free Saturday last week with the away game at Llanrhaeadr YM having to be called off due their pitch being unavailable. We've had two great training sessions in the meantime and its pleasing to note that we have a full squad of fit players.Midfielder Scott McHarrie will miss the game due to suspension. Craig Vernon is back between the sticks. Despite losing to Airbus recently both Matty and I could'nt fault the effort from the players and we were still in the game right up until their late goal. We're looking for a similar performance from the lads on Saturday and a bit more luck in front of goal"

Come on down to Airbus and support the lads. You could invite your wife or partner to a shopping afternoon at Broughton and then slip away to the footy.

Kick off is 2.30pm
