Managers remain upbeat despite suspensions

We could not have made it any harder for ourselves for this one as we will have four players suspended and to add to our woes midfielder Jordan Barrow has now left the club and is back in Australia.

We would like to thank Jordan very much for agreeing to play for Denbigh even though all concerned knew it was only going to be for a short spell. During this time he has been very influential and has helped us gain a few points along the way. We wish Jordan all the very best for the future. [ You are a star Jordan ! ]

Back to Friday evening. We thought we should speak to one of the managers and this is what Matty had to say

" Friday sees us travel down the coast to play Bangor City. We are looking forward to this one to try and put right what was a poor performance against Gresford. We go into the game knowing that Bangor are in good form and they will want to put pressure on Airbus at the top of the league so we are under no illusion as to the size of the task ahead. We will have a few regular players missing with Curtis Langton, Tony Davies, Scott McHarrie and Mark Roberts all suspended and Jacob Walker still out injured. It's time for the squad players and some reserves to take their chance within the team. We will be working hard in the week to ensure we give ourselves the best possible chance to secure the win. "

Work has been going on behind the scenes to try and secure a new player, possibly on loan, but there will be more news on that when we have further news. There is a chance we may have someone available to play on Friday but with the deadline approaching we will have to see if matters go through in time.

See ya at Bangor

C'mon Denbigh !
