Managers add to the squad as season approaches

Dewi and Matty have added 24 yr old Tom Walsh to their front line options.

This former Liverpool FC player is a very skilful left sided striker who ideally likes to play just behind the front man but can also play on either wing. He has represented England at international level at u16s and u17s. After playing for Liverpool Academy and Youth teams Tom was released by the Merseysiders at the age of 20yrs and has since had spells with Conwy Borough and Rhyl Town. He has been talking to Denbigh's Matty Jones who has persuaded him that his next move should be to sign up for Denbigh's new look side.

After completing the registration form he was welcomed to the club and had this to say " Yes, I know Matty and after speaking to him I am confident I have made the right choice. My aim now is to get as fit as I possibly can for the new challenge ahead. I am eager to get going and I am up for it,"

Matty Jones told us " Tom is an excellent addition to the squad. He brings with him quality across the forward line and will compliment the existing players superbly. We are delighted to have him on board."

After a series of friendlies our first game will be at Central Park against Gresford on Friday evening 10th August

Going to be interesting. C'mon Denbigh !
