- Reds return to action

Following a free weekend, Denbigh are back in action on Saturday with a trip to newly promoted Brickfield Rangers.

Town will be looking to back up a big win last time out as they look to continue to move up the standings in the JD Cymru North

Brickfield Rangers v Denbigh Town
Date: 29/11/2025
Kick-Off: 14:00
Location: Clywedog Park
Competition: JD Cymru North

Form

As mentioned Town were victorious when they last took to the pitch in a hugely impressive display. Dewi Llion’s side met Airbus UK Broughton where goals from Alfie Vaughan and Gwion Dafydd had the game in the balance at 2-2 late on. Nathan Brown stepped up and blasted home a free-kick from 35-yards to hand Airbus their first home loss in almost three years, and Town’s first away win since August - taking place at the same venue against Gresford.

Brickfield’s first season in the Cymru North has gone well so far with Gareth Wilson’s side recording back-to-back wins. Sitting 10th in the division, they beat Ruthin Town away from home last weekend to follow up a 4-1 success at home to Penrhyncoch at Clywedog Park.

Head to Head

This will be the first meeting between the two sides since February 2023 in the Lock Stock Ardal North-West. Paul Fleming, Nathan Brown and Matthew Worrall netted in a 3-1 win at Brickfield. Our last meeting at Central Park saw Town hit a staggering nine in January of the same year.

Our last trip to Clyweodg Park had us take on Rhostyllen on the final day of the Ardal North West, where a win secured the league title and promotion for Town.

Stat Pack

Town are looking to register back-to-back away wins in the JD Cymru North for the first time since October 2024.

Nathan Brown is now six goals away from moving to joint-third in the all-time recorded goal scorers list.
