Denbigh Town Football Club are pleased to announce that forward Nathan Brown has penned a new deal at Central Park.
Our top goal scorer for the previous four seasons, Brown will remain at Denbigh for a fifth year, having become one of the club’s most influential players in recent history.
Last term he scored 19 goals in all competitions and became the club’s third-highest scorer in recorded history, sitting on 89 goals in 143 games.
“ Proud to be part of this club” said Brown.
“Looking forward to another season to try achieve this clubs’ ambitions and my own”.
“I’m really pleased to tie Nathan down for the upcoming season” said manager Dewi Llion.
“Nay has been one of our outstanding players over the past few years, and his goals have been essential for us since day one.
“His numbers speak for themselves, but he’s become a leader at the club, which I’ve been really pleased with.
“Our top scorer for the last four years, hopefully, he can continue that form as we look to push on next year”.
Brown, 27, joined the club in the summer of 2022 and had immediate success, scoring 30 goals in his first season as Town secured the Lock Stock Ardal North-West title, along with the Lock Stock Ardal Northern League Cup.
He continued his form in the JD Cymru North, scoring 48 league goals in the past three years - a number that sees him just five goals short of our record in the second tier. His 89 goals in all competitions is third in recorded history behind just Jake Walker (94) and Mark Roberts (167).
Good to have you with us, Nay!
