Eddie Maurice-Jones has secured the transfer of 23 yr old Mathew Worrall from Llay Welfare Fc who play in the Wrexham area in the Welsh National League to add to the options available up front for the Reds.

Eddie said " Matthew is not the finished article yet but is quick and can score goals so we will give him a chance here and then a lot of what happens next will be up to him. "

Matthew has spoken to us and explained that he has always played for Llay, which is his local team, but is ready to see what he can do playing at a different level. " I work hard for the team and as a striker I obviously like to score. I can't wait to get going with Denbigh "

Matthew is expected to be part of the squad that faces Holyhead Hotspur at Central Park tomorrow [ Friday 9th March ko 7.30pm ]
