Denbigh Town FC have two games left this season, games that will determine our 2022/2023 campaign. We have our last league game this coming Saturday and then we have the final of the Ardal North league cup the following weekend. C'mon Denbigh!

This letter was received from the FAW some weeks ago and is self explanatory.

" It is with great concern that the FAW note the increasing occurrence of pyrotechnics being set off at domestic matches in Wales.

A strong reminder is issued to Clubs at all levels of the game that pyrotechnics present a danger to spectators, players and officials. There is no safe use of pyrotechnics in spectator areas at football events with their use having many health risks such as loss of sight, limb or digit removal due to their explosive power.

The FAW will continue to take strong action against any individual and club in respect of an individual being in possession of ANY pyrotechnic device at a football match. This will involve not only a significant financial penalty but in the case of an individual found in possession of such a device, a ban. We should remind you that, in accordance with the FAW Rules, every Member Club is responsible for the conduct of its supporters.

In addition, it should be noted that being in possession of a pyrotechnic device at a football match or attempting to bring such a device into a football stadium may amount to a criminal offence which could result in arrest, charge and a minimum 3 year Football Banning Order.

Clubs are requested to be alert to this issue and we strongly urge that all necessary measures are taken to ensure their supporters are stopped from bringing pyrotechnic devices into grounds.
