Goalkeeper Jimmy McHarrie joined Denbigh Town in January 2024.

McHarrie, the brother of former Denbigh midfielder Scott, spent his days in the academy with Airbus before graduating to the senior set-up in 2021.

He was named on the bench in the JD Cymru North as a 16-year-old in August 2021 and featured on the bench five times as the Wingmakers won promotion to the JD Cymru Premier.

He spent a half a season with Buckley Town in the JD Cymru North where he made 18 appearances in the league, making his senior debut in the Nathaniel MG Cup in August 2022, keeping a clean sheet in a 2-0 victory against Penrhyncoch. He went on to feature 24 times for the Bucks keeping seven clean sheets.

He went on to feature on the bench for Airbus a further five times during the second half of the 2022/23 campaign, this time in the JD Cymru Premier.

In January 2024 he joined Denbigh Town and made his debut a month later in a 2-1 victory over his former club Buckley.
