Defender Nathan Doforo joined Denbigh Town in the summer of 2025.
Doforo began playing locally before being picked up by Premier League side Manchester City where he spent four years in the club’s academy. He went on to have spells with both Tranmere Rovers and Rochdale before signing as a scholar with The New Saints.
After two seasons, he signed his first professional contract at 18 with the club, having been part of an unbeaten title-winning side in the Cymru Premier Development League. In July 2024, having spent time with the First Team in Northern Ireland, he featured in the squad against FK Dedic of Montenegro in the UEFA Europa League.
Doforo made his professional debut in August 2024, playing 90 minutes against Flint Town United in the Nathaniel MG Cup, before featuring in the Cymru Premier two weeks later against the same opposition. In his first season, he featured 11 times for TNS and picked up a winners' medal in the Nathaniel MG Cup.
